Diversity: Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce

Today’s workforce includes four generations which brings new challenges and opportunities for every employer. This training program helps participants recognize, respond, resolve, and value contributions that the four generations, including the current aging workforce (baby boomers), bring to the overall success of the organization.
