HR Anew’s Educational Solutions division provides training programs specifically designed to develop management talent and the entire employee workforce to maximize performance and productivity. We facilitate learning and knowledge development for all levels of personnel. Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Approved Provider
HR Anew is an approved provider for recertification credits by HRCI for the Professional Human Resource (PHR), Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR), and Global Professional Human Resource (GPHR) certification.

Curriculum Design
Each program is uniquely designed to be engaging and highly interactive with continuous opportunity to practice skills and assess knowledge. Video vignettes, case studies, “real-life” scenarios, up-to-the minute legal updates, and other learning activities are some of the features included in our training strategy. Many of our programs include a game designed to evaluate learner retention of the information presented. These games infuse “fun” into the training and remind participants of the key points shared. The end result is employees leave our training programs with an enhanced ability to think, plan, and solve challenges that may arise in the workplace.

Scheduling and Presentation Options
Recognizing that most businesses run at a fast pace, training is planned to fit into busy schedules. We offer formats for half-day and full-day sessions and most of our live training programs can be offered as a web based (eLearning) version as well.

Employers can select a program which shall be custom designed specifically for their workplace facilitated by a live instructor onsite or at a HR Anew training facility, or online via web based training.

Experienced Facilitators
Our facilitators and consultants have extensive subject matter and hands on knowledge and experience. They bring over 100 years of combined expertise to the training experience. They are employment attorneys, compliance experts, organization development practitioners, motivational speakers, executive coaches, and human resource practitioners.

Train-the-Trainer
Some organizations encourage mid and upper-level management to participate and be involved with facilitating training programs. We agree that this practice can increase managers’ knowledge and it can positively impact the organizational culture. HR Anew offers train-the-trainer programs to provide management teams and others with the necessary skills to facilitate successful training programs.

Knowledge Retention and Application
At each training program participants receive an exclusive Anew Perspective toolkit that includes a comprehensive handbook and desk references. We make sure that the information shared is reinforced during the training and provide handy resources and information for future reference.

Throughout the training programs, our facilitators assess knowledge retention through written and verbal activities. We design “real-life” scenarios and customized case studies that lead to quick application in a given work environment.

Project Management
We assign an experienced Project Manager to each client who is responsible for the day-to-day operational and fiscal management of an educational solution with oversight and support from the corporate office. We subscribe to a team approach and assign key personnel to our clients who are well experienced with the knowledge and qualifications to perform the essential functions outlined in the scope of work or by the client.

As a company, we have a proven track record of working within allocated budgets 100% of the time, and budget modifications that have occurred are a result of additional tasks requested by the client.
