Description of Services: Provide human resource management and consulting services including recruitment and hiring, professional development and training for all management and non-supervisory employees, employee relations, background investigations, employee benefits design and administration, executive bonus plan design and implementation, performance management, employer liability prevention, alcohol and drug free workplace administration, records management, and other related services.

Designed employee separation program for ten (10) employees that were outplaced and developed separation agreements for designated individuals. Responded to all unemployment claims and represented client in all resulting unemployment hearings. Offered a complete career transition and outplacement services program. Tracked deadlines for responses to separation agreements and notified accounting department of required payroll actions. Developed/updated COBRA notices that reflected stimulus package requirements and assisted accounting department in tracking elections and COBRA subsidies.

Description of Services: Engaged to design, implement, and manage an exit interview strategy when employees resign or decrease their work hours to a non benefit-eligible position, allowing the client to gain an understanding of the reasons for turnover. Managed budget according to agreed upon terms, and client has routinely complimented our staff. Timelines were met with the exception of those adjusted due to the fact that survey was conducted in summer months with several employer participants were on vacation – client approved timeline changes. Conducted an Employee Benefits and Compensation Study for hard-to-fill positions, compiled and analyzed the data, prepared a report, and presented findings and recommendations for changes to current compensation and work/life programs. Provide recruitment services as needed to attract a diverse pool of candidates for all job specialties. No contractor staff turnover occurred during the life of the contract.

During her employment with this client, owner of HR Anew, Deborah Stallings, performed executive search and full-cycle recruitment for all levels of clinical, non-clinical, medical, allied health, executive, corporate, and management positions within the hospital. Description of Services: Awarded sole source contract by HUD to conduct executive search for the positions of Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and Director of Communications, PR and Intergovernmental Affairs for the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO). Currently executing an executive search strategy that includes collaborating and engaging with all stakeholders, presenting 10 qualified candidates for each position, and ensuring the executive search strategy is aligned with the mission and goals of the agency. One position (General Counsel) was filled in less than 30 days. Client: Technology firm Contract Type: Full-Cycle Recruitment for All Level Positions Client Since: 2007 Description of Services: Retained to provide human resource management and ongoing full-cycle recruitment for all levels of positions in the areas of information technology, and management consulting. Work collaboratively with the client to develop a strategy and position descriptions. Develop and execute a recruitment strategy that is aligned with the mission, vision, and goals of BITHGROUP. Placed a diverse slate of candidates meeting the highly specialized technical requirements of each position. Provided candidates to fill vacancies within short time frames. Client: Healthcare organization Contract Type: Diversity and Inclusion Training for Executives, Managers, Supervisors, and Non-supervisory employees, Train-the-Trainer Program Client Since: 2008 Description of Services: Develop Diversity training program for all managers, supervisors, and non-supervisory employees. Provide Train-the Trainer Diversity training for selected internal facilitators that will present training to employees at various locations throughout Missouri. In collaboration with the Director of Training and Development, develop a project strategy and held planning and focus group meetings with key stakeholders to make inquiries, and receive input for training design and curriculum development. Train-the-Trainer is facilitated by subject matter training experts who also assisted in training design. Presented overview of training to senior executives.

Description of Services: Provide four-hour Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors and Managers; and two-hour training sessions for all employees (approximately 3500) located at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland; Wallops Island, Virginia; West Virginia, and New York. Developed a project strategy and held planning and focus group meetings with employees, supervisors and managers, advisory groups, and other stakeholders (e.g., Office of Human Resources, Legal, Equal Opportunity Employment, Career Services, and Labor Relations) to make inquiries, and received input for training design and curriculum development. Identified and successfully secured EEO and Sexual Harassment Prevention Subject Matter Training Experts including Employment Attorney/Consultant/Expert to assist with training design and to facilitate training programs. Provided project management, administration, general management, and logistical consulting services. Prepared and printed training materials, made travel arrangements for member of the training team, conducted evaluations for every training session, provided client with monthly report regarding training results and participant feedback, planned and held debriefing meetings following periodic phases of the training to discuss program evaluation and enhancements. Developed a project strategy and held planning and focus group meetings with employees, supervisors, managers, executives, and other stakeholders (e.g., Office of Human Resources, Legal, Equal Opportunity Employment, Career Services, and Labor Relations) to make inquiries, and receive input for training design and curriculum development. Training was facilitated by EEO Subject Matter Training Experts including employment attorneys who also to assist with training design and curriculum development. Provided project management, administration, general management, and logistical consulting services. Prepared and printed training materials, made travel arrangements for member of the training team, conducted evaluations for every training session, provided client with monthly report regarding training results, planned and held debriefing meetings following periodic phases of the training to discuss program evaluation and enhancements. Assisted in writing copy/script for the original endorsement video taping from the Center Director. Training contract awarded in 2003 and new training request for an EEO Refresher training program (to train approximately 500 executives, managers, and supervisors) has been added annually since that time. In collaboration with the Chief of Equal Employment Opportunity, developed a project strategy and held planning and focus group meetings with employees, supervisors and managers, and other stakeholders (e.g., Office of Human Resources, Legal, Equal Opportunity Employment, and the Employee Relations Manager) to make inquiries, and receive input for training design and curriculum development. Training was facilitated by EEO Subject Matter Training Experts including Employment Attorney/Consultant/Expert who also assisted in training design. Provided project management, administration, general management, and logistical consulting services. Prepared and delivered training materials to client for printing, made travel arrangements for member of the training team, conducted evaluations for every training session, provided client with monthly report regarding training results, planned and held debriefing meetings following periodic phases of the training to discuss program evaluation and enhancements. Training team members participated in video taping of training sessions. Presented overview of training to senior executives and members of the administration of the Authority. Client added funding for HR Anew to provide additional training programs. No significant problems/concerns encountered.
