Our certified Investigators investigate claims of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation by collecting relevant, reliable, and factual information to allow an independent reviewer of the facts to draw a conclusion as to whether a violation occurred. Our certified EEO counselors serve as neutral third parties who informally mediate and conciliate issues as quickly as possible at the early stage of a complaint. If resolution is not achieved, they ensure prompt and efficient processing of the discrimination complaint.
